We buy honey straight from moual families in the Sundarbans and beekeepers in the mustard fields of Sirajganj. Nothing is added or heated. Every batch is lab tested before it is bottled, and you can see the report on each product page.
Sundarban honey is darker with a strong taste; mustard flower honey is light and can turn creamy in winter, which is a sign it is real.
